Ingredients:
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Oats
1/3 Cup Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Eggs
For the topping:
Greek Yogurt
Instructions:
Spray a donuts pan with your preferred cooking spray.
Find a large bowl and combine all your ingredients (aside from the greek yogurt). Keep mixing until you've reached a doughy consistency.
Start scooping and pressing your dough into the donuts pan. Make sure you get the dough packed in tight to each donut cavity.
Preheat your oven at 375 degrees and then bake them for about 15 minutes or until the dough has completely cooked through.
Allow to cool, then carefully remove the donuts from the pan. Now its time to decorate!
Place your greek yogurt in a small container and dip your donuts into the container. Once covered to your liking, store the donuts in the freezer for a little bit of time to allow the yogurt to harden. Now you're all done!
